You have probably seen plastic containers with big stickers that say “BPA Free”, be it on water bottles or storage containers, this seems to be a really big deal. Keep your plastic containers out of the sun and heat, this can be heat from the dishwasher or microwave warming at high temperatures as this may break down the plastic over time, allowing the BPA to seep into food and beverages.
